The location is magnificent, 15 minutes' walk to Omalos. Also, it's metres from downtown.

The location of the hotel was perfect and beautiful - a 10-15 minute walk from Omalos. We found it in an amazing area so close to transport to the nearby mountains, and the mountains or plateau in the area. Appreciated the outdoor restaurant with genuine Greek food.

the room was fairly quiet with breakfast, and we slept very well.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the starting point of several hikes, saving us time and energy. The rooms were basic but comfortable and very clean, with hot water and extra blankets for the cooler evenings. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, and a choice of tea or coffee. We also enjoyed the complimentary dessert and bottle of local alcohol with our bill.

The hotel had limited menu options for dinner and there were no convenience stores in the village. the heating in the room was too low, which made it a bit chilly during our stay.

The owner was happy to drive us the 5km to the start of the gorge walk after providing us with an early breakfast.

Giorgios, the director, is very nice and helps to you in any situation. The hotel is located in the middle of the mountains, so the landscape is amazing.

I stayed here the night before the Samaria Gorge walk. The bus ride up the mountain from Chania was stunning. The hotel offers free mini bus service to the gorge entrance. The breakfast and dinner at Neos were delicious. The hotel has parking and a cozy, 70s alpine interior. The staff made us feel like part of their family and were very helpful. a great place to stay for hiking the Samaria Gorge and enjoying the warm atmosphere.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooms were warm, cool, came with an amazing bed, views to the mountain, fab showers. Substantial breakfasts with fresh-squeezed orange juice, yogurt, local honey, everyone could try something new.

The location is best possible, not very far from Omalos. The staff are genuinely helpful and hospitable, nothing too much trouble. The restaurant food is tasty, and the breakfast offered is substantial with home made bread and fresh-squeezed orange juice, for instance.

Our whole experience was fantastic, recommend. The room was exceptionally nice and perfect with a cozy bed and with a balcony.

Everything was good, clean hotel, unbeatable location on what to see or which hike to take. The twin room was cool, had central heating, an iron and a television with satellite channels;)))

The hotel is conveniently located close to transportation options, making it easy to explore the nearby mountains and gorges.

The firmness of the bed, which may not be to everyone's liking. However, considering the overall value and the excellent location, this was a minor issue that didn't greatly affect the overall experience.

The restaurant was small with genuine Greek food, we ordered excellent dishes. Thanks to the very nice staff everything was great. The location was stunning, relatively close to Omalos.
